1. What we collect

When you register, we collect your email address, username, phone number, and country. If you connect a Windows Agent or deploy a bot, we store the MT5 account number and broker server you provide, and your MT5 password encrypted at rest — it is never stored or displayed in plain text anywhere, including to our own staff.

2. How we use it

We use your information to operate your account, deploy and monitor your bot, send transactional notifications (signal alerts, deployment status, security events), and provide support. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Notifications

Dashboard and email notifications are on by default for account and trading-signal events. Telegram notifications are opt-in — we only message a Telegram chat id you link yourself.

4. reCAPTCHA

If enabled by an administrator, registration and login forms may use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce automated abuse. When active, your interaction with the widget is subject to Google's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

5. Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active, and audit/incident history for as long as needed for security and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Secrets (MT5 passwords, agent credentials) are encrypted or hashed at rest, and are never returned by any API response or shown in any admin interface after their one-time creation.

7. Your choices

You can unlink your Telegram chat id at any time from your Settings page, and can request a copy or deletion of your data via the contact page.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "last updated" date.
