1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a IduBot account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the platform.
2. What IduBot provides
IduBotprovisions and monitors trading-automation software ("bots") that connect to an MT5 account you control, on infrastructure IduBot manages. IduBot does not hold your funds, does not have withdrawal access to your broker account, and does not act as your broker, financial adviser, or money manager.
3. Trading risk
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, and other leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance — including any signal or bot performance shown on this site — is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions and outcomes on your account, whether initiated manually or by an automated bot you deployed.
4. Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate registration information (including a working email, phone number, and country) and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Subscription and billing
Paid plans are billed on the cycle you select at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use IduBotto violate your broker's terms, applicable law, or to attempt unauthorized access to another user's account or infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IduBotis not liable for trading losses, missed trades, downtime, or broker-side issues arising from your use of the platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of IduBot after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
